Only what you give us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, organization or agency, region, the role you select, and any message you write. Our systems also record the time of your submission, your browser type, and a shortened, one-way-hashed form of your network address used solely to block spam and abuse.
To respond to you, to understand demand for Lounge Trace, and to arrange the conversations you request. If you identify as a regulator, your submission is routed for priority follow-up. We may email you about Lounge Trace; every such email lets you opt out.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. We do not share your information except with the service providers that store and process it for us (currently Supabase for our database and Vercel for hosting), or if the law requires it.
Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to Serranix LLC and protected by multi-factor authentication.
We keep submissions for as long as they serve the purpose you sent them for, and delete them on request.
Email david@serranix.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Residents of states with privacy statutes (including New York and California) may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address.
Our products concern regulated cannabis hospitality and are intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
